Memory Jogger 60: Movie and Drive-In Theaters

Memory Jogger 60 is jogging your memories in this episode and we invited the hosts of the Retro Resurgence podcast, Ken and Chad, to share their experiences in this mystery episode of Memory Jogger.  Spinning our randomizer, we landed on the subject of movie theaters and expanded the discussion into our experiences, certain movies that stood out, and included drive-in theaters.

Ken shared his movie theater pictures from Racine, Wisconson below:

Chad did not have any photos of his theater, however he did have some ticket stubs.  Notice the prices:
Wyatt shared his memories of the Ritz Theater in his hometown of Clearfield, PA:

The Ritz started out as one of the three opera houses in his hometown...
This center isle is now where a wall exists, making it a two-room theater.

Above, this is the concession when it was in the center and remained this way for several decades.  At least for 45 years, this was the "center piece" of the theater until the new owners moved it in 2024...
Wyatt also discussed the Super 322 Drive-In located in Woodland, PA.
