Welcome to the Recurrent Events weekly news update for retro pop culture headlines, links, videos, and more (...and that's no joke!) I'm here to pity any April fools who woke up to pranks and shenanigans today. Luckily I've escaped any such torture and am here to give you just the facts about this past week in retro news.
