The Weekly Links: Pee-Wee Launches New Website, The Most Difficult 'Christmas Vacation' Quiz, ZX Spectrum Returns

Welcome to another edition of The Weekly Links, your weekly source for the best '80s content on the web! Since I released the last TWL post on Thanksgiving, I've got an extra day's worth of content to pass along in this edition! The holiday season is here and you'll be seeing many Christmas links from here until the big day.

I was in the spirit this week and decided to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Christmas Vacation by posting 8 different re-cuts of the theatrical trailer. A few of you must have been entertained as much I was because Polygon actually picked up the story for their site! I was really thrilled as I've posted many Polygon throwback stories in The Weekly Links. I also went back and updated my extensive list of '80s Christmas specials, movies, and episodes currently available on the web. I put together a YouTube playlist and also embedded a few I found elsewhere. I also posted the December Netflix '80s Fix which features the newly released streaming titles.

The Video of the Week is one in a series that Honda posted to help raise money for charity. You might remember I shared several ads that featured '80s toys a couple weeks ago. Well, more ads were posted this week with an assigned charity receiving $50,000 for the most views. The front runner and my favorite is Skeletor singing about his bromance with He-man. LOL funny.
