A Healthy Serving of the Best '80s Thanksgiving Specials, TV Episodes, and Movies!

We've made it through Halloween which means Thanksgiving is approaching! This is one of my favorite holidays and remember anxiously awaiting the arrival of A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving to network television. Thanksgiving had a few popular specials including the aforementioned staple and of course, the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Another Thanksgiving tradition I remember is watching Laurel and Hardy in March of the Wooden Soldiers on WPIX. Even though many people seem to skip Thanksgiving to prep for Christmas, the holiday still became a wonderful bridge between the Halloween and Christmas holidays for me as a kid.
